Stunna AI Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Reelpop Media LLC ("Reelpop," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the Stunna AI mobile application ("App").

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the information needed to provide and improve Stunna AI, including:

• Photos you choose to upload for AI reshoots.
• Generated before-and-after images, selected looks/presets, prompts, and export requests.
• Anonymous account data, such as device ID, authentication token, referral code, credits, and subscription entitlement status.
• Purchase and subscription status received from Apple or our subscription service providers.
• Reward-related information you submit, such as social post URLs.
• Support information you send us, such as messages, email address, and request details.
• Limited technical data needed for security, diagnostics, reliability, and app performance.

Stunna AI does not access your entire photo library. We access photos only when you choose a photo to reshoot or save an export.

2. How We Collect Information

We collect information when you:

• Select a photo in the App.
• Choose an AI look or create a reshoot.
• Export, save, or share generated images.
• Use rewards, subscriptions, referrals, or support features.
• Contact us directly.

Some technical information may be collected automatically when the App communicates with our servers.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Provide AI photo reshoot features.
• Upload, process, store, and display your before-and-after images.
• Moderate uploaded photos for safety and policy compliance.
• Manage credits, subscriptions, rewards, referrals, and account status.
• Provide customer support.
• Maintain security, prevent abuse, and fix technical issues.
• Improve App performance and reliability.
• Comply with legal obligations.

4. AI Processing and Third-Party Sharing

When you request an AI reshoot, Stunna uploads your selected photo and chosen look to Stunna's servers. To generate the reshoot, Stunna shares a temporary signed link to the selected photo, along with the selected look/prompt, with kie.ai, our third-party AI image-processing provider.

The data sent to kie.ai may include the selected photo, which may contain faces or other personal information, and the prompt needed to create the requested AI output. We do not send your full photo library.

We ask for your permission in the App before sending your selected photo for third-party AI processing. If you do not allow AI processing, your photo will not be sent to kie.ai and the AI reshoot feature will not run.

We require third-party service providers that receive user data, including kie.ai, to provide the same or equal protection for user data as described in this Privacy Policy and as required by applicable App Store guidelines.

5. Other Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share limited information with:

• Service providers that help us operate the App, such as hosting, storage, subscription management, analytics, diagnostics, and customer support providers.
• Apple and payment/subscription providers as needed to manage purchases and subscriptions.
• Legal authorities when required by law.
• Parties involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or asset sale, where permitted by law.

We do not use your photos for third-party advertising.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the App, fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations.

Selected photos and generated images may be stored in your reshoot history so you can view, export, or delete them with your account data. Temporary signed links used for AI processing expire after a limited time.

You can delete your account and associated App data from Settings in the App. You may also contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or help withdrawing consent.

7. Consent and Choices

You can decline AI processing consent before your selected photo is sent to a third-party AI provider. If you decline, Stunna will not send that photo for AI processing.

You may withdraw consent for future processing by not using AI reshoot features, deleting your account and data in Settings, or contacting us at the email below. If consent is withdrawn, features that require AI processing may no longer be available for your photos.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.

9. Children's Privacy

Stunna AI is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal information, such as requesting access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of processing. Contact us using the details below.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the effective date.
