Tastora Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Tastora mobile application (the "App"), provided by Reelpop Media LLC ("Reelpop," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Use

You may use the App only in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms. You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your use of the App.

2. License

Subject to these Terms, Reelpop grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the App source code except where allowed by law.
• Interfere with the App's operation, security, or related infrastructure.
• Infringe intellectual property or other rights of Reelpop or third parties.

4. User Content

If you submit or upload content through the App, you represent that you have the rights required to do so. You retain ownership of your content, and you grant us a limited license to process it only as needed to provide the App.

5. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy for Tastora.

6. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal

Tastora may offer auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Before you subscribe, the purchase screen and applicable App Store listing will clearly identify the subscription title, duration, price, and what you receive for that price. Prices may vary by subscription option, territory, and applicable taxes.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, your subscription automatically renews for the same duration at the then-current price unless you cancel it. Apple charges your Apple ID within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

You can manage or cancel a subscription through your Apple ID account settings in the App Store. To avoid the next charge, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription. If a free trial or promotional period is offered, it converts to a paid subscription unless canceled before it ends, as described at purchase.

7. Third-Party Services

The App may rely on third-party services or platform providers (including Apple). We are not responsible for third-party services, content, or terms.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reelpop will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenues arising from or related to your use of the App.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms or if required for security, legal, or operational reasons.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the United States and the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
